Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°
Place on baking pan and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.

Each container contains one 1/2 pound Crab Cake.
Feel free to spoon out into 2 or 3 cakes.
Crab Balls are cooked the same way.
They are packed in 2oz containers.

When fully cooked the outside should be a light golden brown color—internal temperature between 140°F and 160°F.

Reminder:
  1. Remove Crab Cakes from plastic containers prior to cooking.
  2. Crab Mixtures can be kept refrigerated for 2-3 days after shipment is received.
  3. You can freeze them as well. To thaw out, place in refrigerator overnight. Cook the same way as when fresh.
